The Reckoning

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026

This policy explains how The Mastermind Alliance Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal information when you use our websites or sign up through our forms. If you have any questions, contact us at team@themastermindalliance.co.uk.

What we collect

When you submit one of our forms we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, and postal address (where relevant to the offer). We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address and the source of your visit (for example, the advertising campaign you came from).

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your information to deliver what you requested (such as live coaching access, reminders, or a free book), to send you marketing emails about our products and services, and to improve our offers. Our lawful basis for marketing is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on our forms. You can withdraw consent at any time.

On-air participation and recording release

The Reckoning is a live, recorded show. This section is the release you agree to by ticking the recording-consent boxes when you apply for a hot seat. It is separate from, and additional to, your marketing consent — you can take part in the show without agreeing to marketing, and you can withdraw marketing consent without affecting this release.

By taking part in a hot seat, you agree that:

  • Your appearance, voice, name or alias, likeness, and the business details you choose to share may be live-streamed, recorded, edited, clipped, and published by us on platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and used in our marketing.
  • This permission is granted worldwide, royalty-free, and on an ongoing basis. You are not entitled to payment for your appearance or for any clip.
  • Because the show is live and recorded, once a segment has been recorded it cannot be withdrawn or un-published. You can ask us not to feature you in future content, but we are not obliged to remove or edit material already recorded or posted.
  • You take part voluntarily, the coaching is opinion and not financial, legal, or professional advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.

You control how much you reveal. You can take part anonymously, use an alias, keep your camera off, and choose not to have your business named. If you want anonymity, do not share identifying details on air. If you do not agree to this release, please do not apply — but you are still welcome to watch the show.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party providers to run our services, including Brevo (our email and CRM platform) and Netlify (website hosting). If you arrived via an advert, advertising platforms may receive anonymous conversion signals. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to provide our services, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection regulator (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these, email team@themastermindalliance.co.uk.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop sending you marketing messages.
